We will discuss the specific QA/QC activities that Part 60 requires, such as daily calibration drift (CD) checks, quarterly cylinder gas audits (CGA), annual relative accuracy test audits (RATA) and CEMS QA/QC plan content requirements. As part of this discussion we will present some common issues leading to non-compliance for Part 60 CEMS applicable facilities and some best practices to avoid non-compliance.
