Capital Projects in the Chemical Industry are a key element for business strategies in so many ways. Chemical plants cannot be successful without continuous change for improvement, and most of those changes require capital investment, construction, and planning. This presentation discusses an effective and methodical process that can be used to prevent project team frustrations, support the efficient use of resources, provide the ability to engage the key EHS disciplines at the appropriate time, the use inherently safety design, comply with PHA, MOC, PSSR and training requirements, and at the same time support Project Management at the different stages
