As a former United States Navy 15th Fleet Master Chief, John led over 140,000 Sailors, Marines and Civilians before retiring with honorable and faithful service in 2013. John now uses those skills as a Project Manager and Coach to help organizations fine tune operational methods, resulting in saving lives.
The decisions we make each day have an impact, not only on you but each person you meet. How they affect both our personal and professional lives. This discussion will look at decision traps and errors and ways to combat these mistakes. Part of the discussion will be around human factors and ways to get a better work -life balance and will challenge leadership to look at different approaches to build a better culture and improve work life balance based on the decisions we all make.
