These days, many leaders are overwhelmed, battling imposter syndrome, and burning out. They want to take their career and leadership to a higher level but are afraid to do so at the expense of their self, health, or relationships.  After temporarily leaving the industry in 2017 due to burnout, it took me several coaching certifications and a few years of trial and error to figure out what really allows leaders and teams to be sustainably successful.  An individual working in alignment with their highest values and utilizing their unique strengths is the key to unstoppable growth. Additionally, the strongest teams are built of individuals collectively working in complementary opposites. Learning the individual and collective strengths of yourself and your team sets a sturdy foundation and having a balanced strategy for fulfillment at both work and home allows the team to scale.
