Floral A2
Over the last few years, Bayer has implemented a Production System across the Luling Site Operations. Part of this Production System is a robust Focused Improvement program for driving continuous improvement throughout the organization. The program started with an implementation strategy to drive understanding of opportunity identification, approaches to problem solving and the importance of sustaining improvements. Program elements include clear expectations of the various roles, defined continuous training strategies, tools to help the process and defined metrics and sustainability checks for monitoring progress. Recognition and other methods of support are also part of the program to drive engagement and ownership at all levels. In this session we will share these program components and some of the best practices we have identified along the way.
