ABOUT GLORIA
Gloria  has worked in the petrochemicals and oil and gas industry for 26 years. Her assignments have been with the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Marathon Petroleum, Andeavor, Tesoro, BP, and Amoco. She currently is the Manufacturing Director of Chemical Operations of the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Prior to this role, she was the Manufacturing Director of the Chemical Plant in Beaumont, TX.  

In North Dakota, Gloria was the Operations Manager at Marathon Petroleum’s refineries in Mandan and Dickinson. At Andeavor and Tesoro, she served as Logistics Director overseeing the EHS function for rail, trucking, pipelines, gas plants and terminals. In Indiana, she was the HSSE Manager at BP’s Whiting Refinery. Her corporate roles include an international assignment in London, England.   Gloria brings experiences in process safety, manufacturing, commercial analysis, business leadership, organizational change, and commissioning of a renewable diesel refinery.   

Gloria holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP, ASP). Gloria serves as the Chair of the Southeast Texas Plant Manager’s Forum and is a Board member of the Texas Chemistry Council. She is a member of the American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers, the American Society of Safety Professionals and of the Women in Industry in Southeast Texas.
