ABOUT SHANNON
Since October 2021, Shannon Frazier has served as the Section Manager for the Registration & Reporting Section in the Office of Waste. The Registration and Reporting Section will coordinate the registration portion of the new Aboveground Storage Vessel Safety Program.   Shannon is originally from Houston and moved to Central Texas to attend Texas State University in San Marcos. He received his Bachelor of Science in Resource and Environmental Studies with a minor in Public Relations.  

Prior to joining the TCEQ, Shannon worked as an environmental consultant preparing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans and performing Phase I&II Environmental Site Assessments in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and along the eastern seaboard. Since joining the Agency in 2011, Shannon has served in multiple capacities for the Office of Water, the Office of Compliance and Enforcement, and now the Office of Waste.
