ABOUT AUSTIN
Austin is a safety, security, and transportation lawyer at Baker Botts L.L.P. His practice spans maritime safety and security requirements, process safety, pipeline safety, and hazardous materials regulation. 

He regularly counsels clients during crises and manages federal and state agency investigations arising from safety and transportation incidents. Prior to law school, Austin served in the United States Coast Guard as a waterfront facility inspector and pollution investigator.
