ABOUT RICHARD
Richard retired from law enforcement after 22 years of distinguished service.  Guided by a strong commitment to health, safety and environmental excellence, he transitioned into the construction industry beginning his career with Infinity Group at the Dow Texas Operations Site.   From 2006 to 2021 Richard held progressive senior leadership roles, including HSE Coordinator, Area HSE Manager and Regional HSE Manager, with both Infinity and Wood Group where he provided strategic oversight and leadership for safety programs across multiple operations. 

In 2021. Richard accepted the role of HSE Director with Norrell Construction.  His tenure with Norrell has been highly rewarding, marked by the achievement of multiple safety awards and the establishment of strong, lasting industry relationships. 

Richard is scheduled to conclude his career upon his final retirement in June, 2026, culminating nearly four decades of dedicated service, including almost 20 years the in the EHS field.
