ABOUT JACKSON 
Jackson has eight years of petrochemical industry experience, including six years with ExxonMobil and three years in leadership roles. His experience includes supporting safe execution during commissioning, outages, and the site’s first sitewide turnaround, as well as supporting cross‑site implementation efforts during ExxonMobil’s companywide transition to the Personnel Safety Management System.

He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Geology from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi.
