LT Brendon Penny serves as the Facility and Container Inspections Branch Chief at U.S. Coast Guard Sector Houston-Galveston. During his 16-year Coast Guard career, he has dedicated six years to marine safety and regulatory compliance, previously leading foreign vessel inspections as Port State Control Branch Chief.
