ABOUT ALLEN
Allen has worked in petrochemicals for 27 years. His assignments have been with the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and North Star Steel. He is currently a Small Business Team Leader at Goodyear’s chemical plant in Beaumont, TX.  Allen’s responsibilities include leading the operations team in a budene rubber unit. Allen has held roles as process operator, quality specialist, console operator and lean manufacturing.

Allen has played a key role in supporting the implementation of the site’s Operations Excellence framework, Walk-the-Line elements, including mobile operator rounds. Lastly, Allen held an international assignment in Saudi Arabia involving the commissioning of a large-scale Polybutadiene Rubber manufacturing unit.
