ABOUT AARON 
Aaron is an environmental professional with over 25 years of experience working on air quality and environmental projects in consulting and within industry in Texas and Louisiana. Aaron has served as project manager for complex capital permitting projects that required permitting under state and federal New Source Review (NSR) and Title V. He is skilled in NSR permit amendments and renewals, standard permits, Permits-By-Rule (PBR) and maintenance, startup and shutdown permitting.

His expertise allows him to be deeply involved in every part of the permitting process from emission calculations to Best Available Control Technology/Lowest Achievable Emission Rate reviews, contemporaneous netting analyses, and air dispersion modeling. His work spans a variety of project sites including commodity chemicals, specialty chemicals, batch plants, refineries, oil and gas facilities, power generation, terminals, research and development facilities, groundwater remediation air permitting, and shipyards. Aaron’s compliance support experience includes engine compliance, emission inventory reporting, compliance audits, and PBR recordkeeping.
