ABOUT SARAH
With nearly a decade of experience, Sarah's path into product wasn't traditional. She started on the customer-facing side of the business, working directly with hazardous waste brokers and generators before moving into a Network Operations role where she developed a deep understanding of just how complex waste management workflows can be. That hands-on industry experience became the foundation for her product work.

Today, Sarah leads product strategy and roadmap at WasteLinq, with a current focus on AI, both how it's integrated into the platform and how it drives operational efficiency across the business. She's been a driving force behind Profile Assist, WasteLinq's AI solution that has grown from a small internal model into a multi-feature tool that customers credit with meaningful time savings in their waste management programs.

When she's not shipping product, you'll probably find Sarah in the kitchen baking something or curled up with a good book. Sometimes both.
