ABOUT ROBYNN 
Robynn is an air permitting engineer from Providence Engineering and Environmental Group with 28 years of experience in air permitting and modeling.  She has engineering degrees from the University of Kansas where she currently teaches Air Quality and Engineering Ethics. She is a PE in 16 states, serves on the Board of KSPE and KSPE-Eastern, writes questions for the FE exam for NCEES.
