ABOUT CHRISTOPHER
Mr. Christopher Ward is a licensed Professional Engineer at ALL4 with 13+ years of experience assisting clients with air quality permitting and environmental compliance. In his technical leadership capacity, Mr. Ward mentors junior staff, provides strategic oversight across projects, and develops internal training resources. Mr. Ward also leads business development for the chemical industry at ALL4 — driving client prospecting and outreach, managing proposals and RFP responses, growing existing client relationships, and expanding revenue across the chemical sector.
As Chemical Sector Lead, Mr. Ward serves as a subject matter expert for chemical industry clients, leads a team of professionals focused on the sector, sets strategic direction for chemical sector growth, and represents ALL4 externally through thought leadership and professional engagement.
Mr. Ward’s primary technical focus has providing strategic air quality compliance and permitting support to industrial clients, with particular depth in Texas state air permitting programs. His air quality experience includes Title V, PSD, and minor NSR permitting; air dispersion modeling; regulatory applicability determinations and gap analyses; agency negotiations; development of regulatory compliance strategies; permit negotiation; regulatory advocacy; training; compliance reporting; air emissions inventory preparation; and control technology evaluations.
In addition to supporting chemical manufacturing, Mr. Ward has managed projects across a broad range of industries, including refining, pulp and paper, wood products, upstream and midstream oil and gas, data centers, power generation, and terminals.
