ABOUT KEITON 
Keiton serves as the Maritime Transportation System Specialist-Cyber (MTSS-C) Advisor for U.S. Coast Guard Sector Houston-Galveston, where he oversees critical policies and exercises impacting port security and the marine environment.

An honorably retired 17-year Coast Guard veteran, he brings extensive operational and strategic experience to his civilian roles, which previously included serving as a Port Security Specialist in Duluth, MN. Mr. Moore holds a degree in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University and is a recognized speaker on maritime and cyber security resilience.
