Vanna an Environmental Issues Manager at LyondellBasell with over 12 years of experience in environmental compliance within manufacturing operations. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in navigating regulatory frameworks and implementing practical compliance strategies in industrial facilities.

In her current role, Vanna leads key environmental initiatives and manages LyondellBasell’s Operation Clean Sweep® (OCS) program in the Americas, working across functions to mitigate plastic pellet, flake, and powder loss.
