ABOUT JOE
Joe is a developmental training resource, specializing in the needs of frontline managers in labor-dependent industries.  He has more than 30-years of field-related experience in an operational setting, the majority of which was with DuPont.  Joe's background primarily involves occupational safety & health.  While at DuPont, he led a multi-disciplinary task team assembled for the purpose of creating the next step-change in operational safety practices using advancement in neuroscience as a foundational basis.

A by-product of the initiative involves an enhanced and empirically supported understanding of human factors needed for performance improvement efforts.  As for current initiatives, Joe is the host of the Supervisors Skills: Secrets of Success podcast series, a top-250 business management podcast within the U.S.  In addition, he recently launched a subscription-based microlearning service in response to recognized trends and an increased number of requests for leadership development assistance.  He's also working on a book, scheduled for release this year, mapping out how workplace safety can be improved through a better understanding of human performance factors.
