Jennifer is a mechanical engineer and executive leader with more than 20 years of experience in the refining, petrochemical, and specialty chemical industries. She serves as a Partner at Pinnacle Reliability, a global leader in reliability solutions.   

With a strong foundation in engineering operations, Jennifer combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver measurable operational and financial results across the oil, gas, and chemical sectors. Her experience spans the full asset lifecycle — from FEED and project execution through maintenance, reliability strategy, and optimization. 

She is known for translating complex technical challenges into clear strategic executive direction, aligning reliability initiatives directly to business performance, risk reduction, and return on investment.  She orchestrates high-performing teams that drive data-informed reliability transformations while fostering accountable, high-trust partnerships.
