Melissa Briggs, Managing Partner of Maven Consulting & Design, LLC, has collaborated with many clients in the energy industry, including ExxonMobil, LyondellBasell, and Shell, to bring contractor compliance training beyond checking the box and into the modern learning context through the application of adult learning best practices.

With a background and Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction focused on adult learning, Melissa has personally spearheaded over 350 training initiatives and implemented training deliverables elevating the standard of training to thousands of stakeholders in the energy industry. Newly transitioned to bring her expertise into the tech space,   Melissa is passionate about engaging learners of diverse backgrounds through AI creative technologies, translanguaging, and gamification.
