ABOUT LIZA 
Liza is a safety and performance leader at LYB with extensive experience advancing sitewide engagement, culture, and continuous improvement initiatives. In her current role, she leads and supports high-impact initiatives including the site’s VPP team, EAGLES (the behavioral-based safety program) and the oversight and implementation of the company’s GoalZERO culture, partnering closely with operations, maintenance, leadership teams, and corporate stakeholders to strengthen safety culture and organizational performance.

Throughout her career, Liza has navigated complex initiatives and cross-functional teams, learning when to lead by listening and coaching, and when to step forward to influence decisions and advocate for change. Known for her collaborative and people-first approach, she is passionate about empowering others, fostering inclusive teams, and showing that effective leadership is as much about presence and empathy as it is about results.
